  Brad Huett
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Huett is the founder and CTO for Development Technologies (DevTec). Mr. Huett has gained over 28 years experience in Executive Management solving Business challenges to Technology solutions. Brad's technical ability as principle architect is in areas of architecting technology solutions for Corporate America and applying conceptual designs into Leading-edge software solutions. Prior to the new technology and high-tech experience, Brad accelerated through rigorous academic training qualifying in specialized Advanced Mathematics and Digital Computer Technology from the US Navy to modern day technological challenges. Brad's passion as a world class Musician let him to Hollywood with an objective of applying his technology expertise to the advancement for the multi-media industry. Leaving the Hollywood Entertainment Industry in the early '90 pursuing a career as independent Technology Consultant found Mr. Huett working as a "Consultants Consultant" in the Corporate Network re-engineering arena. Brad completed Microsoft MCSE training and subsequently received his MCP certification.
 
  Kent Sokoloff
Sr. Vice President, New Business Development

Kent A. Sokoloff, Ph.D, is Sr. Vice President of Business Development for DevTec. Dr. Sokoloff has his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University. In the consulting arena Dr. Sokoloff is an expert in organizational develop/change management and designing and developing eBusiness strategies. Dr. Sokoloff is a cofounder of DevTec. Prior to co-creating DevTec's corporate entity, he served as consultant to companies such as Oracle, GE Aircraft, Meissner and Wurst.
 
  Tino Randall
Vice President, Government Programs

Most recently, Vice President Business Processes for DevTec, Mr. Randall brings over 15 years of experience in the areas of corporate business-to-processes analysis, Enterprise infrastructure development and integration, client/server implementation, corporate Web development and integration, project management, logistics support and technical writing skills. Prior to the new technology and high-tech experience, Tino managed and supported the U.S. defense industry (DOD) for 20 years on a multitude of programs in software development, systems design, development and integration, and communications management for Ford-Aerospace, Western Development Labs., Loral Command & Control Systems, and Lockheed/Martin. Tino received a BS in Industrial Engineering in Germany and Computer Science at PhilTech, PA. Tino completed Microsoft MCSE training and subsequently received his MCP certification.

 
  Leon Harris
Director, Information Services

Mr. Harris has over 20 years of experience in the IT community, serving in both Military and Corporate capacities. His 20 year military career encompassed the entire spectrum of Communications, Computers, and Logistics management. Following his military career as a senior level manager, Mr. Harris transitioned to the corporate world as Systems Engineer and independent consultant working with the Immigration and Naturalization Services in Miami, Florida, a DataEquip initiative. He subsequently joined the Development Technologies startup initiative and excelled at several Senior Project Management and LAN/WAN challenges for MCI, MCISystemhouse, Worldcom, and Lockheed. His recent challenge placed him in the CIO's (CEIO) position at Ion Systems in Berkeley, CA where he elevated the IT Department from an aging Novell LAN to an Enterprise-level Windows 2000 corporate environment, successfully migrating the company to a highly efficient Active Directory structure. Leon completed Microsoft MCSE MCP training and subsequently received his MCP certification.

 
  Jeff Arnold
Director, Information Technologies

Mr. Arnold has over 10 years IT experience. He began his career as a Systems Engineer with the Microsoft Corporation working in the NT support division. While at Microsoft, he completed MCSE training and subsequently received his MCSE certification and recertified MCSE in Windows 2000 in 2001. He continued his IT experiences at EDS and Bechtel as a Level-3 Engineer, then progressed to Senior NT Administrator at Scopus in Emeryville, CA where he mastered the intricacies of Exchange Mail, SMS, and other Microsoft Back Office Products. These skills became apparent at MCISystemhouse, Napa, CA where he headed the NT Engineering Group handling CC:Mail, Exchange Mail, SMS, and other desktop and server activities. Mr. Arnold later accepted a position with Development Technologies and has performed on many projects including Fujitsu NT 4.0 migration to Windows 2000 also IT Initiative at Ion Systems, Berkeley, CA where he lead a Window 2000 Migration challenge, successfully decommissioning Ion's aging Novell and NT3.51 architecture, culminating with the flawless deployment a highly sophisticated Active Directory configuration.
